What Mortgage Awards have confirmed this week that The Mortgage Broker Ltd has made the short list for ‘Best National Adviser’ in the 2012 awards with the results due in Septemeber 2012. Votes are still being taken and the final decision on the winner is chosen from a selection of criteria including the number of votes and an assessment by an independent judging panel. The Mortgage Broker Ltd is up against 4 other national brokers. Managing Director of The Mortgage Broker, Darren Pescod commented “It’s a great achievement to be shortlisted for the final selection and I would like to thank all of our clients who have taken the time out to vote for us.” When asked what he felt The Mortgage Broker’s chances were of winning, as the competition looked tough against some big industry names, he commented “I like to think we have a very strong chance of winning as we have an extremely focused team of mortgage advisers that put customer service at the top of their list. This is easily demonstrated by the fact that we have only ever had 1 complaint out of 1000s of completed mortgages in 7 years of trading which is unheard of in the Financial Services Industry and we receive 100s of customer testimonials on a frequent basis.
