Professional Bio: Sam Kirtikar is the owner of The Mortgage Broker Group and a highly experienced financial services leader with a proven track record in building customer centric, solution driven businesses. With a background in law, Sam then went on to work in debt management where the focus really became about helping customers in tricky scenarios and providing suitable, sustainable and affordable solutions for people’s circumstances. Combining his passion for navigating financial complexities, with innovative fintech, Sam is passionate about providing clarity and care for The Mortgage Broker clients.
As a hands on CEO of The Mortgage Broker Group, Sam leads with a relentless focus on outcomes, transparency, customer service and long-term relationships; ensuring clients receive not just advice and guidance, but real answers from a business that puts people first and focuses on long term solutions.
Personal Information: Sam lives in London with his young family and travels to our Bedfordshire head office a few days a week. With a huge love of sport, Sam has been going to Chelsea for many years and still tries to find his way around the football pitch despite the knees feeling a little wary. With a love of cooking and entertaining, Sam now finds himself split between cooking children’s food and actually finding time to sit down for an adult meal. When it’s not raining, he forces time in the diary for a round of golf or two.
If I won the Euro millions lottery I would: Where do I start? After solving all my family and friends problems I would probably work more remotely from various places around the world.
First Full-time job: Selling Audio Guides at the Tate Modern and Tate Britain, London Art Gallery.
I love my job because: I am extremely passionate about what The Mortgage Broker does. I have invested everything into it, and I do so because I love being part of this team and building a fantastic environment around servicing customers.
