With a background spanning debt solutions, supply chain services, and learning and development, she’s passionate about creating positive experiences, for both clients and colleagues.
Known for her strategic thinking and people-first approach, Katy leads initiatives that support team growth, streamline operations, and enhance company culture. Whether she’s planning training programmes, coaching staff, or managing complex projects, Katy’s focus is always on delivering meaningful impact and driving continuous improvement.
Personal Information: I was born in Bath and lived in Somerset until moving to Newark with my parents and siblings at the age of 4, where I have lived ever since. My husband is an electrical engineer and there isn’t much he can’t turn his hand to. We have 3 wonderful children one is in her final year studying Psychology which she does in between travelling to Thailand to teach Yoga, the middle child is embarking on a degree in law and the youngest is a keen sportsman who plays for 3 football teams as a goalie and dabbles in darts however he is no Littler.
Something not everyone knows about me: I am related to the only Prime Minister to get shot in the House of Commons, Spencer Perceval.
If I won the Euro millions lottery I would: Open up a charity breakfast club for children in deprived areas to ensure no child goes to school hungry, it’s hard to learn on an empty stomach!
First Full time job: Events caterer at festivals and events such as Glastonbury (where I served Fat Boy Slim), F1 and concerts with my speciality being doughnuts!
I love my job because: I am enthusiastic about providing exceptional client care, and this position allows me to assist both internal and external customers, as well as stakeholders, in receiving outstanding service and support.
