14+Professional Bio: I fell into the mortgage industry after leaving the Armed Forces, starting in an entry level role at Nationwide before working my way up to Mortgage & Protection Adviser within 2 years. In 2014, I joined a specialist New Build brokerage, where I gained extensive experience supporting clients from all walks of life and employment backgrounds.
Now, as a Sales Manager, my passion lies in supporting and guiding advisers, helping with their personal development and encouraging best practices all with the goal of delivering a professional, seamless client journey and the right outcomes every time.
I’ve advised hundreds of clients and built a strong reputation within the industry as a New Build specialist and have key business contacts with lenders. There’s little I haven’t come across, I pride myself on using that experience to support both clients and colleagues in navigating even the most complex cases with confidence and clarity.
Personal Information: I have worked in financial services since 2011, and as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser since 2012 before becoming a sales manager in 2021, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years. I am passionate about providing an exceptional service to our clients whilst also ensuring that our advisers are thoroughly supported and provided with ongoing training and development.
Prior to being in financial services, I served in the Royal Navy! I’m married, have 2 sons, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 motorbikes!
Something not everyone knows about me: I’m actually legally Lord Noble…
If I won the Euro millions lottery I would: Look after my family firstly, ensure my closest friends owned their own properties and then what ever is left buy a property in the Alps and spend the rest of my years snowboarding.
First Full time job: McDonalds – the breakfast shift was the best.
I love my job because: The company ethos and culture is second to none! The working environment and my managers allow me to be creative with finding solutions to improve processes and business performance, and of course the people I work with are great and I get to help them achieve their career goals.
Likes: Good manners, fast cars, fast bikes, English pool, snowboarding, Formula One, live music, movies, socialising and good banter!
Dislikes: Bad manners!!
Favourite destination: Anywhere that’s snowy and the cost of a pint is cheap.
Favourite food: Anything that’s Asian, spicy, or to be honest anything that’s not exactly healthy (in moderation of course).
