The awards have been nominated by industry professionals and the advisers have been selected through a transparent, robust, three-tier process designed to make the awards as independent as possible. The Mortgage Broker has been shortlisted as a Finalist in the category for “Best Smaller Firm for Overall Quality” This award is based on the overall quality of applications provided to lenders which is great for clients, the broker and the lender. Great quality applications mean the mortgage application process is much quicker reducing the administration needed between the lender and broker in back-and-forth questions and documentation.
