7Short Professional Bio (75–150 words) I’m a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser with over 7 years of experience across financial services, property, and client support roles. I specialise in helping clients who may feel overlooked by traditional lenders, including those with adverse credit, complex income, Blue Light workers, and Armed Forces personnel.
I pride myself on being approachable, honest, and proactive throughout the mortgage journey. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, remortgaging, or have a more complex situation, I aim to make the process feel straightforward and less overwhelming. I understand that every client’s circumstances are different, so I focus on finding solutions tailored to individual goals and long-term plans, while keeping communication clear and supportive from start to finish.
Personal Information statement: Outside of work, I enjoy life in the Norfolk countryside and fully embrace being a stereotypical Norfolk local – long coastal walks with my partner and dog, usually with a pub stop somewhere in-between. I also love cooking, nature, travel, and trying to keep fit in-between eating and drinking my way around Norfolk.
Something not everyone knows about me: I lived in Prague for nearly two years teaching English, unfortunately I only learnt a few words of Czech. The main one being Pivo which means beer.
If I won the Euromillions I would: Spend far too long deciding where to buy holiday homes, then travel between them pretending I’m relocating permanently each time.
My first full time job was: Studying for an NVQ in Customer Service and Business Administration at an estate agency, where I first discovered my love for property aged 16.
I love my Job because: No two clients or cases are ever the same, and I genuinely enjoy helping people achieve something that can feel overwhelming or out of reach.
Likes: Good food, strong coffee, long walks, interior design, dogs, discovering new places, and getting far too invested in Rightmove properties I’m never going to buy.
Dislikes: Early mornings and instant coffee
Favorite destination: Italy
Favorite Food: Anything Italian preferably with a red wine to match
My ultimate 4 dinner party guests would be: Anthony Bourdain, Bob Mortimer, Queen Elizabeth II, and David Attenborough.
