Securing a mortgage was particularly challenging due to my limited income history, and arranging suitable life insurance and income protection was even more difficult given my previous health conditions. Despite these obstacles, the entire team worked tirelessly on my behalf — liaising with lenders, providers and solicitors, keeping me fully informed at every stage, and ensuring I understood all available options.
