TMB Lead Portal

You can access our cloud based portal where all leads are held at any time. With our inbuilt communication and chase strategies, customer chasing is minimalised and no cold contacting is required.

Adviser-led diaries

Of course our employed advisers have regular working patterns and we as a business must ensure we cover our office hours efficiently. However, whether applying for employed or self employed mortgage advisor jobs, you will get the exact same appointment-led approach in your role.

Our broker support team (or admin team as you may know it), support our advisers from just prior to the mortgage application. Once we know a case is going to proceed to application, you introduce your broker support. They can help ensure all documentation has been received and uploaded onto our portal. This will help you spend less time chasing and more time advising.

After the application has been made and the adviser has written the suitability letter, our broker support team takes over the case fully. Liaising with lenders and solicitors, they will see it through to completion, unless advice is required.

Customer Portal

All our customers are invited to our customer portal. Here we can ensure our customers have a far smoother onboarding process. With Terms of Business all digitally signed, documentation easily uploaded, and ID Verification completed, we can minimise the laborious nature of the initial part of the mortgage process.

This also enables us to make a same-day decision in principle, with an integrated solution with Halifax within our system, enabling easy affordability checks.

Product training and lender support

We invite lenders into our office for roundtables each week. We do one 1-hour session each week. – no more. These are focused sessions, where we bring in lenders who are bringing out new products, changing things, or just providing an update. This helps ensure we reduce wasted time on lender interaction and it allows us to focus our learning potential.

We also conduct quarterly workshops, on subjects such as ‘adverse events with mortgage lenders off the high street that support bad credit applications’, and we also have protection providers do protection workshops.

All our workshops are designed to help you to continue learning and expanding your knowledge base.

Full Management Support and Coaching

Whether you are wanting to start a new career as a mortgage adviser, or you are already an experienced broker, we will support you in your journey. Our in-house management team will ensure you are managed how you like to be managed, and supported in the areas where you want to develop. We have operational, sales and training support via our network and in house.

All our staff are on WhatsApp and Teams and we have many video calls and support sessions. Sessions for employed advisors are weekly, and self employed advisors can dip in and out. We do monthly sales meetings, and get together quarterly – but most importantly, we interact with each other on a daily basis via our in-house channels of communication.
