Her career began in branch banking, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and a deep understanding of financial solutions.
Now specialising in complex buy-to-let cases; including limited company structures, portfolio landlords, HMOs, MUBs, and holiday lets. Fiona is known for her expertise in navigating intricate lending scenarios. She also works closely with self-employed clients and those with complex income streams, always tailoring her advice to suit each individual’s needs.
Fiona is passionate about delivering outstanding service and helping clients find the right mortgage solutions to support their long-term goals.

Personal Information: I have been in financial services since 2005 years and have been advising on mortgages since 2008. I joined The Mortgage Broker Ltd in 2017 at which point I started assisting clients not just in Scotland but all over the UK. I have 2 children; my son has moved out now, engaged to his lovely fiancée and is making his own way in the world while my daughter is still in high school. I am the treasurer for my daughter’s dance team and love watching her do what she loves.

Something not everyone knows about me: Before having my daughter, I used to travel all over the UK and Europe to watch Glasgow Celtic play, now I travel all over the UK to watch my daughter compete in dance competitions.

If I won the Euro millions lottery I would: I would treat my family and friends, ensuring they never had to worry about their finances again and travel the world.

First Full time job: Customer Service Adviser.

I love my job because: It is a great feeling to know that you have helped someone buy their dream home, grow their property portfolio or find a solution to help them achieve their goals or improve their lifestyles.

Likes: Reading, music and spending time with family.

Dislikes: Rude people and creepy crawlies.

Favourite destination: Malta.
