Sam Kirtikar is a highly experienced financial services leader with a proven track record in building customer-centric, solution-driven businesses. With a background in debt management, law, and fintech, Sam is passionate about helping people navigate financial complexity with clarity and care. He combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to design mortgage and protection solutions tailored to individual circumstances and suitable, sustainable and affordable outcomes.  As CEO of The Mortgage Broker Group, Sam leads with a relentless focus on outcomes, transparency, customer service and long-term relationships; ensuring clients receive not just advice and guidance, but real answers from a business that puts people first and focuses on long term solutions.

Personal Information: Company Director with extensive experience across financial advisory firms and a demonstrated history of customer service. With a legal background and first financial services role being within debt advice, my focus is always on the customer and ensuring that all support is suitable, sustainable, and affordable.

I  still try to find my way around the football pitch despite the knees starting to give in and with two young children my days on the golf course are limited. However, time with them is plenty of exercise.

If I won the Euro millions lottery I would:  Where do I start? After solving all my family and friends problems I would probably buy a ski chalet and an apartment by a golf course.

First Full-time job: Selling Audio Guides at the Tate Modern and Tate Britain, London.

I love my job because: I am extremely passionate about what The Mortgage Broker does. I have invested everything into it, and I do so because I love being part of this team and building a fantastic environment around servicing customers.

Likes: The 4 F’s: Family, Friends, Food and Football.

Dislikes: Glitter. Hate the stuff. Or people that eat steak well done.
