Professional Bio: I trained and qualified as a hairdresser and theatrical/media makeup artist, gathered my NVQ’s and Diplomas and decided it wasn’t for me.
I then spent 3 years in and out of mundane jobs and got fed up. I took it upon myself to introduce myself to all local estate agents and handed in my cv and was employed by Connells and this is where my 10+ years’ experience in residential sales, new homes sales, HA asset sales and broker support began.
Personal Information: In my 9th year of my property career, I took a break to have my child during covid times (which seems like a distant strange memory now).
I tried my hand at being a junior SAP assessor straight after maternity leave ended, as I was unable to proceed with my previous role on a part time basis. I enjoyed the slight change in industry role, but my post baby brain could not compute the amount of information I needed to retain at the time, so I proceeded to a care worker role, which taught me a lot of lessons and patience in life.
I’m now back in the property industry and ready to use my brain again, to make a better life for me and my child.
Something not everyone knows about me: I did a two-week charity trek across the Moroccan Atlas Mountains at the age of 16. It was tough and grueling as it was one of the hottest summers they’d had in decades, reaching high 40s most days. I have fond memories of us taking siestas under trees for lunch amongst wildlife and locals. I gained a great deal of life experience, memories and a new perspective of life on that journey.
If I won the Euro millions lottery I would: Pay off mine and my mums’ mortgages, splash out on some fancy clothes, cars and holidays and open my own holistic health and wellness centre with an on site training facility.
First Full time job: Bakery & deli counter at Morrisons
I love my job because: Purchasing a property is such a big and stressful time in a person’s life and I’d like to hope I am able to give some calm amongst the chaos. Building a rapport with clients, from the initial contact and helping the clients throughout their journey to completion gives me a great deal of pride.
Likes: Summer days, animals, music, spa days, theatre arts and some terrible dad jokes chucked in.
Dislikes: Grey wet days, rudeness, dishonesty
