Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
A recipient will qualify as a “referrer” and receive a voucher, if they have satisfied one of the two qualifying criteria’s below:
- The referrer is a current customer of The Mortgage Broker (TMB) and has specifically introduced a new customer to (TMB). A current customer is anyone currently receiving advice or has been a previous customer of TMB and is on our system.
- Any new customer names another TMB Customer as their referrer and the reason why they approached TMB.
A £50 voucher will be awarded to the referrer upon completion of a mortgage and/or protection product for the customer that was referred. No referral voucher is provided if the customer who has been referred does not complete on a mortgage and/or protection product.
The referral amount is £50 in the form of a voucher that TMB reserve the right to change from time to time. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money.
This referral scheme applies to any referrals and subsequent enquiries that have been made to TMB between January 1st 2024 and 1st December 2026.
