The Mortgage Broker team gathered at Wyboston Lakes, our head office and training centre, for this year’s Sales Conference. In a challenging market that our customers live in, it is our responsibility to stay informed and proactive. The day focused on reflection, collaboration and continual improvement. With our Mortgage & Protection Advisers from across the UK in attendance, our purpose was clear: to strengthen the connection between customer experience, regulation and innovation, ensuring that every client receives advice that is transparent, responsible and genuinely personal.

A major focus of the day was the customer journey where we reviewed how clients interact with us from first enquiry to completion and explored how communication and clarity can be improved even further. With over 400 years of combined Mortgage experience in the room, every discussion tied back to one key principle. Delivering outcomes that are suitable, sustainable and affordable.

The start of the day focused on the FCA’s upcoming regulatory changes and how we are integrating AI to enhance our personal service. As an FCA regulated business, staying compliant is fundamental, but staying ahead is essential. Our team prides itself on being forward thinking, proactive and always on the front foot, anticipating change rather than reacting to it.
By combining regulatory awareness with innovation, we continue to set the standard for responsible, transparent advice across mortgages, protection, and specialist lending.
